BOOKED 2(TWO) BUS TICKET FROM: THANE TO JALGAON HAVING JOURNEY DATE 19-11-2020 THROUGH PAYTM APP, AND ON 18-11-2020 WHEN TRIED TO CANCELL THE TICKETS ONLINE THERE WAS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM FACED ON PAYTM APP, AND SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AT PAYTM AND EXPLAINED HIM THE MATTER AND TOLD HIM TO CANCELL THE TICKET AND REFUND THE MONEY AS PER CANCELLATON RULE POLICY OF COMPANY, BUT THE SAME IS AWAITED TILL TODAY
