At the time of booking boarding location was Allahabad Bus Stand, we reached there, and the number we got through message from your end was switched off, some how i visited krishna bus service website and taken number from there and after speaking with them, they asked me to come at Nehru Park , bus will leave from here between 10:30-11pm. I reached Nehru park at 10:15pm, i tried contacting to driver and all other number’s which were mentioned in website was switched off. I waited till 11pm and somehow i get connected with them and they told that, Bus already leaved at 10:40pm, without contacting or informing to customer. At the same time only i call paytm people and raised the complained and they assured me that, you book another ticket or some alternative and share the tickets with us, we will get the full amount initiated.

I booked another bus from your platform, no one supported from paytm end nor from bus service. Please help me to get the refund amount at the earliest
