I had booked a few rooms in Mermaid Resort, Puducherry with an advance booking amount of 10K. It was agreed that if I cancel the booking one week prior then I will be getting the full refund. We had to cancel the booking due to a death in our family. But it’s been around 8 months and I am continuously following up with them. Now they have stopped replying to me also. Please help me with this.
