Dear Sir/ Madam
I booked a ticket from travolook.com website from Delhi to Lucknow on 18th Dec’2020, The ticket was booked however, after 5 minutes their representative informed me that the ticket could not be booked because the fare was increased meantime and the amount will be refunded within a week. Afterwards, I booked the ticket another on travolook 21st Dec’20 from your site.
I am surprised that it’s going to be almost one month. I had written 3 emails, tried to talk them telephonically, but neither getting any response nor anyone tried to talk to me telephonically. I am really surprised that what services are given by their customer care, are customer are really cared for by them?
I therefore request you to aks travolook.com to refund Rs 3814 immediately which was deducted on 18th Dec’20
