As Big Bazar has been closed in India since a long time, the advance money paid for the Profit Card is lying with them which we are unable to use as the card is not acceptable to the smart bazar replacer of big bazar. I tried a lot to get the refund of my big bazar profit club balance amount@10K by calling on the customer care nos/email to big bazar etc. still no response from big bazar authority. Hence, I urge to the consumer forum authority to look on this matter as this complaint is relate to many customers in India and all are searching for their refund or justice on the money we gave with our trust.
Please attend on this matter immediately.
