I have made payment for Big Bazaar Profit club card on 8th Feb, 2022 at @ BM Habitat Mall 22/V, Gokulam Road, 1st Main Rd, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysuru, Karnataka 570012. Post that the outlet is closed.
I have contacted the customer care. They mentioned that “send a mail with card number, cancelled cheque, and other details”. I have shared the same to care@bigbazaar.com on 2nd Apr, 2022. And I have received auto generated mail for receipt of the mail. I did wait for couple of days, no response from them. Then I tried contacting the customer care, they mentioned that it will be refunded in 30 days. Even post that no refund happened and no response to the mail.
Now I am trying to send mail to the same and the mail is not delivering to the same. Please help me to find a way to get the refund
