Before Big Bazaar was taken over by Reliance, I have purchased an offer from Big bazaar in which I have to give them 10,000 rupees and they would allow e to shop for 12,000. But after the acquisition, the offer (called profit club) is not valid on stores, and their websites as well as the contact number are unavailable. Thus I have some 5 – 6 thousand rupees held by the Big Bazaar group, I want refund of amount.
