membership card no- 92267332974959 customer Name – Shashank kumar Rai, contact no- 9718692500.
As stated by company policy, I was supposed to receive the refund of full amount. I had tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered, so I had to write an email for the same.
I am attaching the membership card image, identity proof and bank pass book with this mail. Kindly treat this as urgent and try to refund the amount to the same account from which it deducted or in alternate account whose details are in pass book image .
