I have purchased the PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD Number-92289724975097(scan copy attached) from BIG BAZAR (FUTURE GROUP), AYODHYA (U.P.).
Currently I have balance of INR-9126/- under the above card but now unable to use the balance, as we know that Big Bazar is closed.
I had already requested for the CANCELLATION of card & refund the balance amount in the month of May 2022 to the customer care of Big Bazar through email & sent several reminder but no response received so far.
