Text of Complaint by Surabhi Baijal:

I had ordered few clothes from Ajio app. On 20th May my two kurtta sets of amount 2169 were delivered together. It was Cash on Delivery parcel. I was trying to pay the amount of INR 2169 to the delivery boy who had come to deliver my parcel. I tried to make UPI payment through Gpay but payment could not get completed due to some error at the Bank’s end. After that, I paid the amount of INR 2169 in cash. However, the said amount was deducted from my account and has not been credited till date.

I contacted my bank (Standard Chartered on 26th May when my amount did not credit after usual 7 working days time period. On 13th June I was informed by Bank that I need to take up the issue with aAjio team. On 23rd May I submitted first complaint to them (via call) and in reply to it they informed me about the amount which was already refunded. I had made the customer care person understand my issue despite that they gave resolution about wrong thing. On my first email (second complaint) on 26th June they did not register any complaint. On my third complaint they told that you are highlighting the issue after long time so this cannot be processed.

I had first raised issue with bank thinking they will resolve it. But it seems now that Ajio will not retun my 2169 amount. I request you to register complaint againt Ajio and order them to refund my amount of 2169.
