I had purchased a profit club card for Rs 10000/- and could use only Rs 3000/- till February 2022 when the big bazar outlets got closed and I could not further utilise Rs 7000/-. Now there is no way out available for refund of amount neither is there any option of making use of money for any kind of purchase.
Kindly help me take my money back.
