With reference to service ID – 300851230068, Uninstallation WO – 7004995927 it’s been more than 1 month since i surrendered my Jio Gigafiber connection. Respective executive already collected the router but till now the amount has not been refunded. I have been calling JIO customer care every single day but nobody is providing adequate solution and sometimes they aren’t even connecting call to their executive. I request you to kindly take adequate action and help me get the amount refunded as soon as possible.
