I had booked a flight from hyderabad to cebu on 10 september for my sister as she is having her education in mbbs she was not allowed to board flight due to return ticket not availble and no one was available to help at airport tried lot to speak airlines also but no use and since then am calling mailing and telling to refund my amount no one is bothered to help it out
spoken to dinesh supervisor on 11/11/22 and many more telecallers and mr suman team leader refused to speak to me as he is not aware of refund ms.shreya from delhi has promised she will arrange a call back but no one called me

please find the issue and help it out or imeediate basis or else i will write to ombudsman and settle
