I have booked air ticket from travolook website on 11 may 21 from lucknow to Visakhapatnam. Ticket got canceled on same day and i received a mail that refund will be given in 10-15 working day But i did not received money yet. I called their customer no . they assured me that money will be in my account with in one week but i dint received money. Its more the one month but when ever i drop mail for refund they reply with same mail “money will refund in 7-10 days”. Screen shot of my booking reference and cancelation mail of travolook is attached in image. Plz take necessary action against the company and ordered will be issued to travolook regarding my refund.
