Text of Complaint by Shafakat Hussain:

I have booked my flight tickets from flipkart for travel dates of May 2020. Since the flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 in 2020.

I have kept my ticket reserved with flipkart to reschedule the flights but finally decided to cancel the ticket and get full refund from flipkart in April 2021 and requested flipkart to refund my ticket amount to my transaction mode.

I have been following up with flipkart since April 2021 and even after providing them each and every information asked by flipkart, I have not yet received my amount.

Every time they said it will be resolved in 48hours and each time I call after 48 hours, i get the same reply from them.

Airlines have refunded amount to flipkart long back and they are not processing it.

I have been follwing up since one month and for flipkart 48hours are yet not finished.

It has been disturbing me a lot an by keeping repeated follow up i am disappointed by the service and response from flipkart.
