I had a Air India flight on 12th march 2023 and I booked 11 tickets from easemytrip.com but due to flight rescheduling the flight from Air India to Air Asia I had cancelled all ticket on 8th march 2023 but still I have got refund from easemytrip, every time when I call to easemytrip customer care they told me “We would like to inform you that your refund is pending from the airlines” and then when I called to Air India airline they told me that you have booked ticket from travel agency so contact to them, and I have’t got any proof that easemytrip really applied for refund or not.
