This is the complaint register to care@jio.com for readjustment or guide to adjust the access amount paid to recharge my mob no 7889792454 on 12 Apr  and now on 27 May 20.

Dear Sir / Madam,
1. Pl refer  my complaint lodged on 12 Apr 2020.
2. It is very unfortunate to inform you that no reply received from your office on my complaint or request.
3. This is once again to inform you that in order to recharge the mobile no 7889792454 an amount of Rs 444.00 was paid on 07 Apr 20,  Rs 470.65 and Rs 10.00 was paid on 10 Apr 20. However the outgoing  call was barred even 1991 costumer care also not providing adequate information. Today after speaking to Mr Ravi  Singh of Kanpur on his guidance once again a recharge amount of Rs 189.00 was paid after which the mobile no is activated.
4.   This is to infororm you that due no correct information shared again a recharge of Rs 149 was paid and Rs 555 was paid on 22 May 2020, At present a total Rs 941.30 and Rs 555 is credit on this mob no.  In view of the above you are requested to remit the access amount of Rs 941.30  back to my account or suggest remedial action.
