I had applied for upgrade of stream box, instead Airtel took this as a new service request towards which I paid 2249/- on 21st Mar.
Airtel back end team told me since I already have Airtel DTH, I cannot have a new connection which I didn’t want in the first place.
I was told the only way is to ask for a refund and apply for upgrade again. The refund was applied on 2nd June and I am yet to receive refund for a service that I paid for more than 3 mths
