My name is Githesh S, Mob No. is 8471987677. I have reacharged an amount of Rs. 719 on 03 Aug 2023 at 1403 hrs through Google Pay vide UPI transaction ID 321513874636. The transaction was successful but recharge amount not adjusted against my number. I am raised a dispute against Google pay regarding this transaction. Google pay replied to me that the amount is created in VI account vide above transaction number. However, Rs. 719 is still not credited to my account.
I am mailed them so many times, but they did not respond yet.
