Text of Complaint by Debapriya Banik:

Respected Sir/Madam,

                                          Myself Mr.Debapriya Banik .I have done a recharge of my airtel no through gpay  app on 10th july,2020 of Rs.548.The recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account.I have waited for 7-10 working days for the refund.But no refund was initiated from gpay nor airtel.I called several times to both of the customer care and both of them redirected the issue against one another.Please grand my complaint.
