I did a transaction through UPI on 1st June 2023 to Swiggy . The transaction was with reference “Transaction
UPI/315264296561/ SWIGGY/SWIGGYUPI@AXISBANK/UTI”

While the payment was deducted from the back through UPI but Swiggy showed failed payment and sent me a sms with mesage. “ Refund of Rs 1013.0 has been initiated for your Swiggy order 168711563744. Updated balance should reflect in 2 hours. http://swig.gy/refunds‘ . After than the delivery person came and said i will have to make a payment which i did again with reference number UPI/351844253819/ RISHIPAL SINGH/7042146218@Y

Since then i have raised multiple complaints with swiggy/ Paytm/ and Standard chartered without any refund of this money.
