“This is regarding my booking id 7465486343.
I had booked a Jaipur-Delhi flight for 25-Feb which got cancelled and I was supposed to get the full refund. I had checked with the airline in the last week of Feb and was told that the refund has already been initiated at their end. After that I have made several calls / messages / tweets and I have had absolutely no response till today.
Every time I call up the customer care, they say that they will escalate the issue, but they refuse to give any timeline on the same. It has already BEEN 20 DAYS and I have absolutely no clue as to when will the refund amount get processed. The person I spoke to today on paytm customer care – his name was Ankit Patil, who inspite of telling him multiple times to transfer my call to escalation department could not transfer the call saying the executives were busy. I was on call with him for 32 MINUTES.
Can someone please look at this AT THE EARLIEST as the next option with me is to go to a consumer forum. This is the most irresponsible behavior I have every come across.”
This was the email sent to paytm team after numerous calls/tweets/messages on their portal. It has been almost a month and I have not received a resolution.
