I had purchased a Samsung A/C from flipkart which had an offer to install the appliance as well. After waiting and complaing for 1 month for installation, I was contacted by flipkart that they are not able arrange or resolve the issue of installation (even after a month of ordering the product) at their end and also asked me to install the product through any other local technician. They mailed that the cost of installation would be refunded to me in the form of gift card through which I can make a purchase from their website. Since I reside in a very small town of Chhattisgarh state, I had managed to get a guy for installation and that person does not have any big shop and is a small shopkeeper who repairs refrigerators and a/c. and had sent the bill to requeted email id. I was first of all not acknowledged for more than 7 days. After that I again contacted the customer care and they again did not look into the issue for another 15 days. After this I contacted the customer care for the 3rd time and they said that since my bill does not have any GST nimber mentioned in it they are not going to refeund any amount. Please look into this matter. It has been more than 2 months.
