There is an on going issue with meesho online shopping app.
On 27th july, I ordered 4 sarees from meesho and paid full amount of 3068/- via paytm. My Client received only 1 item out of 4 sarees. I requested to exchange it, my request got on hold and I had to cancel the order in which I was supposed to get the refund of 3068 and they were supposed to pick up the wrong product which was sent to my client. However, instead they sent someone to get it picked after couple of days they cancelled the request of pick without my permission or acknowledgement. Now, I have received the amount of 2301, but I have received the refund of 767 inspite asking them to resolve this many times.
