Hello, I am writing this email to report of a fake organization, which claims to provide jobs to candidates in Government Sectors.
My friend had received a call from this Employment Agency, suggesting me to pay 1850 INR, for the registration process. Post that, they took his Aadhar Details and sent him an employment form for Adnani Electricity, which he filled up immediately and reverted back. After that, they scheduled a telephonic interview with him, and the (fake) company HR. I had this doubt in mind, why Adnani electricity won’t interview the candidate physically.
After the interview, they asked him to pay 18,000 INR, in order to create a company bond. They ensured him, that he was selected for the job, salaried 21,000 and 45 annual leaves. But, in order to proceed with that, they wanted a token amount, which he paid them through his Phone Pe Wallet. Next day, he again got a call from their end, asking him to pay the remaining amount. I asked him to visit their agency, and clear the remaining amount after the interview. Or they could deduct the same from his first month’s salary, but they kept asking him for money. Meanwhile, my friend has researched about the company and told me that they are fake. My friend runs a recruitment agency in Navi Mumbai, so thanks to him, I got this information and alarmed my friend. So, he asked them for a refund, and now they are charging him another 2500 INR for the cancellation charges.
Moreover, the physical address, that is mentioned on their official website at Santa Cruz also doesn’t’ exist at the present moment. They are reluctant to providing him any documents/official letters, regarding the transaction. They don’t even want to provide us their Registered office address, which they mentioned over telephone is in Gurgaon.
My friend told them clearly, that he comes from a socially backward community, and is struggling hard in Mumbai to secure his home rent and food. But, they offered him some special discount (asking him to pay 4000, instead of 18,000) on the basis of that, but they are not refunding him the money, nor responding my calls.
I think, this is a serious issue, because they are targeting a lot of youths, who are not well accustomed to digital technology. Please look after the issue, I am attaching all the payment details, emails, contact details and forms below.
Kindly let me know, what else I need to do from my end, to recover my friends lost 4000+1850 = 5850 INR.
