Hi Team,

This is really unacceptable that I have not received a refund for my  ORDER # 408-5863222-3736364, as the item was sent on 14th April 2021 because it was a damaged item. In my Amazon application it still shows that item is on its way and not yet received by Amazon. I have also attached a Screenshot for the same.
When I called Amazon the executive told me that refund cannot be done as it is a different item and also he was not ready to listen to the query and disconnected the call, this not just ill mannered but an insult to disconnect a call without understanding the problem.
This has never happened before as I have been using Amazon for a long time and this was my first time when I experienced that even Amazon sells used products and when the item is returned the executive is not even ready to listen. As per your executive he said that it is a different item, if the item was original and new how come there was no seal to the box or any kind of label that could find that the item is New, but then I had sent all the pictures and details of the item as asked while applying for refund and Amazon told me that refund will be done in 3-5 days, now it is more than 10 days and they say that it cannot be done. WHY ?
The only reason why I had to order this from Amazon was because I need this item daily due to my work from home and due to Covid situation it is difficult to go out in my city.
Request you to investigate regarding this issue and process my refund ASAP.
