I ordered a ring worth 1599₹ on 3rd nov and returned it on 9th nov. But refund has not been initiated. I have called customer care four times but all. I get is fake expectations. They dont even call back. I feel like cheated. I dont hav the ring as well as money.

The order has two items of which one item has been successfully refunded but one is pending.
