I had ordered a OnePlus Smartwatch from Flipkart on 24th July 2021 and requested cancellation (due to long delivery time) on 27 July 2021. However, I have not yet received my refund even after 15 days from date of cancellation request. the amount involved is huge…INR 15,000. Also, the Flipkart Team is not giving appropriate replies around the time when I will receive my refund amount and making excuses about the technical issue in their system.
