I have not yet got the refund for 12 days and Jan 29th was the final date given by them. Upon calling them now again they are saying to wait for another 7 days, I had a word with their senior manager, and as promised by him On Feb 1 evening I would definitely get the refund. It’s really one kind of mental harassment, for almost 12 days. Along with this, I am being fined by my bank account wallet for late payment.
