The PNR number is 3549059, and I made the payment through UPI with the ID gunasekaran1975@okhdfcbank. My UPI mobile number is 9443426458. Please provide information on the status of my refund and the expected timeline for processing. I am concerned about the lack of responsiveness from your customer care and the impact on customer satisfaction. If the issue persists, I may consider legal action or consumer court intervention.
