Hello,
I booked a train ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 10th Feb 2021 from Make My Trip. I cancelled the ticket on 11th Feb 2021 but did not receive the refund amount yet.
Although on the mobile app (attached picture) shows that the refund is processed but the same is not reflecting in my account. Its almost a month now but I still didn’t receive the refund amount. I also checked with bank but they said that amount is not yet credited to my account.
