I ordered new balance shoes worth ₹4950 from amazon on 13/October/2021. When I received the product it didn’t fit me so I putted a return request. When the pickup agent named Ram Gopal came to pick the product, I gave him the product and he went off but he didn’t not submitted my product to the amazon warehouse and next day he left the work and my product is with him and he is not answering any of my calls and the amazon customer support is not resolving my issue.
