We rented a car under FoxCars Car Rental Services, they released the car to me after car washed but they failed to do Test Drive.
When me and my friends were traveling, we noticed that the Car break is not really working. We are on our way to the province, and it’s downhill we lose break. Our lives was put on danger due to this failure.
I asked the establishment, that we will replace the break lining, coz that’s the issue, and they said it’s okay they will just refund, just provide the receipt and videos, to which we comply.
They promised us to pay but it’s been 3 weeks already, they haven’t paid us and everytime we call them they are ignoring us!
