ORDER ID – 0100429120, I have spoken to the customer care, but they claim to have processed the refund from their end, yet there is no reflection of the refund in my bank account. Moreover, when I requested the refund reference number or transaction ID, they failed to provide any such information, stating that the refund reference number is not visible. And when i asked them again and again ,they provided me my payment UTR NO. istead of REFUND UTR NO . They are continuously making me fool sir .It seems to me that they might be deceiving me, and perhaps intentionally delaying the refund. This delay is causing me financial distress. I would like to file a complaint against Limeroad with the consumer forum to expedite the processing of my refund. The order in question is light blue jeans of 399 rupees, for which I initiated a return, and the scheduled pickup was on February 24, 2024, under Return ID 0100429120OP1. I hope the consumer forum takes prompt action in this matter and ensures the speedy processing of my refund.
