I had ordered TV from Flipkart but cancelled it within half an hour of booking on 7th July for ₹36887, however Flipkart has not refunded my money. Above all they shamelessly close my refund request and I have to call them again and again to reopen the request. Flipkart is not replying on email even I have looped grievance, cs head outreach team but no one is replying nor on Twitter.
Flipkart is pathetic . I am still suffering and have advised many people in my contacts not to buy any product from FLIPKART even they provide it for free.
