i booked a ticket on 17/09/2023 for Train no. ADI GKP exp 19489 Ujjain to Sant hirdaramnagar. tickets confirmed but train is canceled from ujjain station to Sant hirdaramnagar . so i’m not traveling but i have not recived any mail and SMS regarding cancelleation of train and many time registered complient in irctc but no respnse recived from IRCTC .
