Hi
I have booked 4 tickets to imagica for March month(visit date : 23rd March 2020 ) but due to COVID-19 I have cancelled all tickets (transaction no: 4676454 & cancellation Date: 17th March 2020)and got response from them that they have cancelled the tickets and I will get 75% refund but it’s been 3 months I have not received any amount ,dropped many mails to them but no response. Can you please help me to get my money back.
I can share emails chain as well if you want.

Hey, did you get the refund from imagica yet?
Is it worth to cancel the tickets and wait for the refund?
