Text of Complaint by Ashim Kumar Mishra:

I am Ashim Mishra, I am a new customer of Meesho, I registered myself on 04.05.2022 & on the same day I just shope some items through your site. One of the item I purchased (Rain Coat, Value ₹. 665/-) & paid the payment through Phonepe. The amount was deducted from my upi Bank Account but the order is not confirmed. Immediately I am calling your customer care regarding the problem. They suggested that please wait for 24 Hrs. amount will be refunded to your account automatically. After 24 Hrs. the amount was not added to my account then I call again to your customer care, they assured me that they highlight the matter to relevant department and suggest me to wait 3 working days. after that also I called your customer care they just disconnect the line every time i called them & discuss the matter and ask them to refund my money or connect me to there senior officer, because they are not giving me proper answer, but the executives are not behave with maner with a customer & also not give the resolution of a problem.

I am a prime member of Amazon & a Plus member of Flipkart, but believe me your service  & also your customer support team was very inappropriate & less knowledge about the system. They suggested that I contact Phonepe customer care, I told them I already raised a ticket & talked with Phonepe Support, they told me that from their end there is no issue because this was released through UPI and confirmation is pending from the receiver end then they have nothing to do. If Phonepe had any issue then the payment was declined, but in UPI end the transaction was successfully done. Please contact with meesho team.
Today again I contact with your customer care team and told them everything & requested them to do something that i am get my money back or connect me with their seniors. Really I am sooo disappointed with your service that after four times I called on the same day but my problem was not solved till now I am also unable to talk with any senior person.
Really this kind of service is pathetic now a days. There are so many companies with superior customer service. Please do the needful on my complain.
