I am writing to express my concern regarding a refund issue for my OnePlus mobile order. I initiated the return on October 14, and the item was picked up on October 16. However, as of today, I have not received the refund, and there has been no clear update on the status.
This delay is causing a significant financial impact for me this month, and I am unable to understand why the process is taking so long. I expected a smoother and more timely resolution, especially given Amazon’s reputation for customer service.
