Dear Sir/Mam,
I had bought a product from Amazon India which I paid with HDFC Bank Debit Card on 3rd November, the delivery of which was delivered to me on 7th December, but the product turned out to be faulty and not working, which was a hard drive – WD brand, I immediately apply for a refund but its turns into product replacement, after cancel replacement and so many requests they come and accept the refund on 20 November (i have the mail).
Now they show in my amazon id that they refund me my amount which is 3899/- INR but to date, I do not receive any amount. They blame the bank, and the bank wants full detail about payment and amazon India only provide me a Refund Reference number which is # VCORY6LA0000KV9VOWLP
