I booked a bus from Chennai SRM university to Udumalpet by PAYTM. The journey was by MRM travels on 16th October. But on 16th October around 3:00PM I received a message stating that the bus was cancelled due to mechanical maintenance. While I call to the operator contact they confirmed it was cancelled and also said the amount will be refunded within 6hrs but it wasn’t happened so then I called them next day, they replied its paytm’s issue we processed everything on our end its paytm who need to refund the amount. So I raised a ticket from My side on PAYTM but didn’t reply still now. I need my money back.
