With reference to above I have not received any refund on my cancellation of booking REF 888958408 dated 23th July 2022 I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and provide the refunds as soon as possible.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
