I have order combo of 3 dresses of rs 799 on 9th august 2022. And received it today on 19th August 2022. All three dresses are torn and used like street clothes. They shows images of different clothes and then sent us totally different used clothes. They are total fraud

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
