Dear Sir,
I had booked 2 tickets from Jalpaiguri to Darjeeling by toy train online but got it cancelled and the cancellation was accepted and told the refund will be released within few days but the refund amount has not been received till date, even after so many days or months, even after so many calls, emails, messages. Everytime they make an excuse. sometimes they say send bank statment but when i sent it they become dumb, no reply. when i call them they just note it down, console me that this case will be taken on urgent basis but no use. after so many calls they say they are transfering the call to the senior but after waiting and waiting call gets disconnected automatically, when i call again it becomes busy, my all day took but no use, i spent so many hours, so many days, so much time to write them emails, to call them, but no use. they have become cheaters. I have never thought they will cheat us like this. yes i can say now RAILWAY IS ALSO A CHEATER
