I have purchase on mobile on 30/04/2022, vide order number 403-6574603-2447516 for an amount of Rs 10499. Due to wrong address I want to change since there was no such feature available I was force to cancel the order. Same method was also suggested Customer Care executive and refund will be processed. But more 25 days over, despite calling customer care on various occasions, my refund not received. Every time it has been informed with in 3 days I will get refund. But nothing is happening. Please look into matter.
