I have booked ticket (PNR-8111388451) on 23.10.2018 and my journey date was 9-11.2018.
This ticket was not confirmed so its cancel automatically as per IRCTC rule and they have proceed for refund on 9.11.2018. After that I have write so many time to IRCTC customer care and also given my bank statement from which i have booked this ticket but till date refund not recived.
