Good morning sir,
I would like to inform you that i am shrishti agrawal, one of your plus customers in flipkart.

I have written this mail to you because i am facing a refund issue with the attached product since last almost 1.5 months. (Attaching order id and details)

I would like to summarise the issue.

I received 6 pairs of socks, in place of the coord set. (Attaching the photograph that i took before handing over to the pickup partner)
I created a return, delivery partner refused to pickup bcoz of different product.
I contacted one of your executive, who placed return request on my behalf.
Next day, the delivery pickup partner picked up my product. (Mentioning, he did not required any OTP + he did not gave any acknowledgement slip)

Till date, i have not received a refund upon that.

I have contacted your customer care end almost 10 times regarding my refund, only a further date of 4-5 days is given to me everytime. And i am not received with any kind of CALLS OR MAILS regarding any information on the same. This is happening since 1 month.

I would like to add that if it would have been for 100 or 200 rs, i would not have bothered to call you this many a times or write a mail on the same. Its about 1502 rs. Kindly allot me a refund ASAP, because the executives and their seniors which are connected via customer care are not given with the authority for any special case refund thing.

So its of no use calling them and getting again a date of like 4-5 days afterwards.

I am highly dissapointed with this matter. Its been a month and a half, I AM REALLY TIRED.

IN THE OTHER END, YOU SAY THAT I AM ONE OF YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND AT THE OTHER END, THIS IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH YOUR PRIORITY CUSTOMERS.

THIS INCIDENT IS DILUTING MY TRUST TOWARDS FLIPKART.

ALLOW ME MY REFUND ASAP.

This is a really issue thing from my end. Kindly revert back. Donot let me signing off from flipkart. And if i dont get my money, surely it would not be good even for the company also.
I am serious.

Also attaching all the queries history so that you are well aware about the problems faced by me. Would help you feel stepping into my shoes for a bit. BE ON THE CUSTOMER’S END FOR ONCE & UNDERSTAND THE DEEPNESS OF THE SITUATION.

I DONT HAVE THE COORD SET. ✅
I DONT HAVE THE SOCKS. ✅
I DONT HAVE MY REFUND. ✅

JUST LOOK AT MY SITUATION.

NOTE: JUST ASK YOURSELF AND YOUR SUBORDINATES, IF YOU ARE NOT GIVEN AUTHORITY FOR SUCH SITUATIONS, THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF CONNECTING YOU TO THE CUSTOMERS.

RAISING THE ISSUE IS NOT ALWAYS A SOLUTION, PROVISION OF ONE-TIME-REFUND IS NECESSARY.

ALLOT ME REFUND ASAP.

  1. Hi Shrishti we apologize for the the concern.pls note FXM London is a registered brand of TFCM MILLS , which is reputed group , having its base over over 50 yrs in Textiles .
    Pls note you hade placed an order on Flipkart & error might be in Flipkarts distribution , as you had recived wrong product .
    FXM dispatches more than 1000 orders per day , each goes 3 quality & content check before dispatching to customers
