It’s been more than 2 months since we disconnected our our Jio Fiber connection, and even till now have not e a single penny of the 1500 refundable security deposit. The router was also taken by the executive within 10 days of the disconnection request. We have submitted every account details required, but every time they mention that transfer failed.
