Made an online transaction using Paytm, 2 of them got failed, was promised a refund in 14 working days
Its been more than a month, have provided all the necessary information to the Company, still haven’t received my amount.
I thought, the company was good and my refund would be successful in 14 working days, still got nothing
Why should a customer use such apps that can’t even refund, need a serious action to be taken against this and let the company managers know about the pathetic service provided
