I ordered a product from paytm which was of a poor quality. So i returned it back but instead of returning they sent me another same product. I received a call from the courier boy and i told him to return it and give me my money back but i guess instead of returning he cancelled that item. Now when i open “My Orders* page on Paytm, it shows one cancelled and one returned order. But where is my money? They are not returning it. Whenever i call the customer support number, they never attend the calls. I went through the bank details page for refunding, but that was empty. The product was of 999₹, i am a college student and that amount is really important to me. Please help
